Special Announcement – JLUMHS to have online edition only, Effective from JULY 2026

The whole world is moving towards digitization. Hence, in view of the recent unprecedented devaluation of the Pakistani currency and the enormous increase in production costs, we cannot continue to increase processing and publication charges, and the authors cannot afford them.
We have decided that effective July 2026, Journal of Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences will only have an online Edition and no print issue. We had suggested to the regulatory authorities in Pakistan almost a year ago. However, if the authors wish, we will forward them the soft copy of the title page, and they can print either of their manuscript or the whole issue from the website and keep it for their records.

Authors who are keen to obtain a printed copy should submit their manuscript to another journal.

This is to inform all our respected readers, authors, and reviewers that the journal’s publication frequency will change from Quarterly to Bi-Monthly, effective January 2026.

Authors from Pakistan
Submission Fees = Rs. 6000/-
New Publication Fees = Rs. 25,000/-

International Authors
Submission Fees = $50
New Publication Fees = $200
