Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro, through Auqaf Religious Affairs Zakat & Usher Department is providing scholarship to the students hailing from low-income groups / meritorious students to acquire quality higher education. The orphans and differently abled students and who believe that they are Zakat mustahiq, are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

1. Original Istehqaq Certificate: issued by District Zakat Officer / Chairman.
2. Original Salary slip of Father / Guardian if employed in Government / Semi Government /Private Organization.
3. Original Income certificate issued by EDO Revenue of the concerned district in case Father / Guardian is a non-salary person i-e Business man / landlord etc. (Income certificate not older than six (06) months)
4. Domicile certificate (Photocopy)
5. CNIC of student and Father / Guardian (Photocopy)
6. Student Identity card / Admission letter (Photocopy)
7. Mark sheets of each semester (Photocopy)
8. Copies of utility bills i-e Electricity, Sui Gas, Telephone and Water (last paid)

How to apply:

• APPLICATION FORM and ISTEHQAQ CERTIFICATE which can be downloaded from official website, i-e www.lumhs.eud.pk
• Applicant should submit their applications along with required documents by at Directorate of Academics Office, Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro.
• Previous grantee of batches who were selected for this scholarship are required to submit their fresh Istehqaq Certificate along with mark sheets on or before closing date.

• Applicant should submit their filled applications form along with required documents at Directorate of Academics Office, Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro by 20th December 2024.
