  • Tender documents along with terms and conditions may be obtained from purchase and Store section of this University on written request on letter head along with required Tender fee mentioned  against  each  category  in  favour  of  Vice - Chancellor,  LUMHS   with   effect   from 19-04-2008 upto date mentioned above during office hours. Tender documents can also be obtained by post against Pay order/Demand draft of Rs.300/- as a Courier charges in addition of Tender fee.
  • The validity of offer / rates quoted shall be for the period of one year ending on 30th June 2009. No conditional rates / quotation will be entertained.
  • Tender duly completed and addressed to Chairman Central Purchase Committee LUMHS along with prescribed earnest money may be dropped in Tender box placed in Office of Director (Academics) upto 11:30 AM on the above mentioned date of tender opening which will be opened on same day at 12:00 Noon in presence of the bidders or their representative, who may wish to be present.
  • The rates quoted should include GST, Income Tax including Transportation charges.
  • In case of unscheduled holiday Tender will be opened on next day. The other terms and conditions of Tender shall, however, remain unchanged.
  • The Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender or all Tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
