With reference to the letters quoted above, all University employees (BPS-01 to BPS-22) working either on Regular basis, re-employed, contractual or working on deputation basis at this University are directed / requested to declare their Income, Assets and Expenses for the Financial year ending on June 30, 2007 (July 01, 2006 to June 30, 2007) on the prescribed proforma, which is available at WWW.ESTABLISHMENT.GOV.PK. Also, the prescribed form can be downloaded by clicking on the following links. The photocopy of the prescribed form is also acceptable.

The Dean / Chairman / Incharge / Director / Head of each Department should fill-in their own declaration form and also direct the persons serving under them to submit their declaration of income, assets and liabilities for the Financial year ending on June 30, 2007 (July 01, 2006 to June 30, 2007) immediately. A certificate to this effect that declaration of Assets Proforma have been obtained from all the employees (Regular / Contractual / Re-Employed / on Deputation) serving under their administrative control may also be forwarded to this office within fortnight positively.
